Berroco MKAL Group - Stage 1; January 26th, February 23rd and March 23rd, 2025

Build your skills with Berroco's year-long Mystery Blanket Knit Along and a little help from us! The Berroco Design Team has worked to create a delightful mix of techniques and methods for twenty 12 x 12" squares that come together to create a stunning finished blanket. Practice outside in, center out, and straight up and down knitting as you work though the collection of squares with their engaging mix of constructions. Throughout the year, you'll work squares featuring texture patterns, lace, cables, slipped stitches, stranded colorwork, intarsia, and finish with a cable and lace combo. The MKAL is a skill building series.
The MKAL group will be with you monthly to help you work out the tricky parts and keep you on track.

All class attendees must be 16 years or older.

When: Sundays, January 26th, February 23rd and March 23rd, 2025
You will be given 'homework' during the week; please allow additional time at home to work on your projects. 

Prerequisites: Basic knitting skills (casting on, knitting, purling, increases and decreases)

Materials: Berroco Blanket kits can be found here or you can find a list on Berroco’s MKAL page. 
All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn, though you may bring your own. This class occurs after hours and the cash register will be closed. Please purchase items in advance. 

Cost: $39

Cancellations and Refunds: If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified at least 2 days before the start of class and your full fee refunded. If you wish to withdraw from the class entirely, you must contact Galt House of Yarn at least 2 business days before the start of classes to obtain a refund. We regret that there are no refunds for class absences and no make-up sessions.
