Kids Knit I; August 17th, 24th and 31st, 2026

Learn a fun and creative new hobby! This introductory knitting class is geared towards kids. Students will learn the basic stitches and how to build these into bigger and better things!

Ages: 8-15 years old

When: Monday’s August 17th, 24th and 31st, 2026 from 6-7:30pm

Prerequisites: none.

Materials: 100g Worsted Weight yarn and 4.5mm knitting needles 
All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn prior to the class, though you may bring your own.  This class occurs after hours and the cash register will be closed. Please purchase items in advance. 

Cost: $68

An email confirming the details will be sent approximately 4 days ahead of the class from classes@galthouseofyarn.ca

Cancellations and Refunds: 

If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified and your full class registration fee will be refunded.

If you no longer able to participate in your class, you must contact classes@galthouseofyarn.ca prior to the class confirmation email being sent. Once your class has been confirmed, we are no longer able to withdraw you from the class or issue a refund.

We regret that there are no refunds for class absences and no make-up sessions.
