Knitting II - Ornament; November 30th, 2025

Personalize your holiday decor and use up your Worsted Weight yarn scraps with this Knit Covered Ornament class! In this class we’ll go over how to customize this pattern to any sized ornament and how to work the colour changes without having to weave in ends.

All class attendees must be 16 years or older.

When: Sunday, November 30th, 2025, from 10-12pm

Prerequisites: basic knitting skills (knit, purl, increases and decreases), comfort with double pointed needles would be helpful

Materials: 30g of worsted weight yarn in at least two different colours (solids, semi-solid, variegated and even self-striping can all work well, just ensure there is good contrast between your colours)
3.5mm DPNs, 4 locking stitch markers.  

A plastic ornament will be supplied in class. 

All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn, though you may bring your own.

Cancellations and Refunds: If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified at least 2 days before the start of class and your full fee refunded. If you wish to withdraw from the class entirely, you must contact Galt House of Yarn at least 2 business days before the start of classes to obtain a refund. We regret that there are no refunds for class absences or make-up sessions.
