Knitting II - Skill Building; November 14th, 2026

A one-time, two-hour workshop will build on your beginner skills and teach you the extra things you need to know, without the trail and error.  This workshop will cover measuring your work, counting rows on the needle, joining in a new yarn and binding off mid row/button holes.

When: Saturday, November 14th, 2026 from 8-10am

Prerequisites: Basic knitting skills (cast on, knit, purl)

Materials: Worsted weight yarn and appropriately sized needles. 
All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn, though you may bring your own. This class occurs after hours and the cash register will be closed. Please purchase items in advance.

Cost: $37

An email confirming class details will be sent approximately 4 days ahead of the class from classes@galthouseofyarn.ca

Cancellations and Refunds: 

If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified and your full class registration fee will be refunded.

If you no longer able to participate in your class, you must contact classes@galthouseofyarn.ca prior to the class confirmation email being sent. Once your class has been confirmed, we are no longer able to withdraw you from the class or issue a refund.

We regret that there are no refunds for class absences and no make-up sessions.
