Knitting II - Slippers; December 5th and 12th, 2026

This 2 part workshop will introduce you to the basics of knitting cozy woolen slippers! Using the Mine Slippers pattern, you’ll knit a top down slipper, including a cable detail, and then graft your slipper together along the bottom. 

All class attendees must be 16 years or older.

When: Saturdays, December 5th and 12th, from 8-10am

Prerequisites: basic knitting skills (cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease)

Materials: A copy of the Mine Slippers pattern 
- 125yds super-bulky weight yarn,
- 6.0mm needles
- stitch markers

All class materials can be purchased at Galt House of Yarn, though you may bring your own.

An email confirming class details will be sent approximately 4 days ahead of the class from classes@galthouseofyarn.ca

Cancellations and Refunds: 

If there is insufficient registration for the class (minimum 3 participants), you will be notified and your full class registration fee will be refunded.

If you no longer able to participate in your class, you must contact classes@galthouseofyarn.ca prior to the class confirmation email being sent. Once your class has been confirmed, we are no longer able to withdraw you from the class or issue a refund.

We regret that there are no refunds for class absences and no make-up sessions.
